Typically we will ship your order within 3 days of your order.

1.we will pack and ship your products to and send you the tracking number. Shipping usually takes 5 - 15 days, depending on many situations, like weather, how busy the traffic is, and potential custom inspection if your product is shipped from/to overseas. (usually 1-2% of the chance that these events can happen). 

2.When these events happen, it's outside of our control, and by using our service, you by default agree to the risk of international shipping. We can provide you with future discount codes, and we will be able to do a (partial) refund after a claim has been filed with us and we have settled an outcome with our shipping supplier. (Please see our refund policy for more details)

3. We have a No cancellation policy. We offer a 4-hour grace period since your purchase time, within which you can cancel your order with us with no excuse (simply reply to this email). 0nce that time has passed, we don't allow cancellation. Please be responsible for your purchase.
4. Always video record your unboxing when you receive your figure. 0therwise we will try but we might not be able to help. We are not responsible for minor defects like tiny scratches that you need to zoom in to notice, but we will help if your figurine has quality issues like head is cut off, or leg is broken, etc.
